A warm welcome, in your first language
Deaf-led wellbeing support for Deaf adults navigating hard times.
Accessible, gentle, and shaped by lived experience.
Strength in Fragments CIC provides care boxes, creative wellbeing kits, grounding tools, and calm community spaces.
Designed for people who need slowness and space to breathe.
Deaf-led and trauma-informed, our work grows from lived experience; the overwhelm, the quiet struggles, and the gentle moments of connection that help us feel held again.
You don't need to explain yourself to be welcome here.
We are currently adding BSL videos across the website to make our content even more accessible. Thank you for your patience while we update.
